The CAM Group was born from the initiative of managers operating in the Civil, Industrial and Infrastructure Construction sectors. It operates on land and buildings of which it is the owner, it assumes the Role of Concessionaria di Roma Capitale for the design, construction and management of underground garages under agreement and stipulation Program agreements aimed at urban redevelopment of large degraded areas thanks to construction of residential buildings and public works.
Today, CAM Group boasts a specialized team of over 60 employees and approximately 20 collaborators. Over the years, the company has specialized in the planning and construction of residential properties, public buildings, and underground parking facilities. In 2016, the modern headquarters of the CAM Group, built by , CAM Costruzioni Srl was inaugurated. The new headquarters represents an important milestone for the company and it is a tangible symbol of its success and growth over the years. The complex, in modernist style, was born from a restoration project for a disused building and illustrates the spirit of a company that invests in the regeneration of urban spaces to tell a new way of conceiving buildings and shaping the urban fabric. The CAM headquarters are located on Lungotevere Di San Paolo in Rome in the Ostiense district: an area protected by landscape constraints and rich in history.
