Nuova Bonelli is a residential complex that combines modern architectural solutions and technological innovations. Located in a semi-central district with a strategic position, between Via di Villa Bonelli and Via della Magliana Nuova, it is an urban regeneration intervention on an old ruin that re-emerges from the oblivion of abandonment to shine as class A apartments, able to satisfy the most disparate demands of space and expense, equipped with all the comforts and at the forefront of sustainability and anti-seismic safety.

Built on the ashes of the old Buffetti printing press, which had been abandoned for several years, which had created significant problems for citizens due to the presence of asbestos, it is a complex consisting of two buildings: the first of 114 apartments for residential use, the second of 65 is reserved for social housing for students who benefit from a regulated fee. An initiative that, through a process of building replacement, therefore without consuming additional land, has been embedded in the urban fabric of Rome, proposing the most innovative and sustainable technologies for the environment. A structure that mends a building wound in the urban fabric to create a new idea of living: a custom-made home - mini apartments, two-room apartments, three-room apartments and duplex penthouses, with the availability of covered parking spaces and garages in the basement - created through a versatile space concept with quality supplies and enriched by the beauty of a green and welcoming habitable terrace.

Functional equipment and attention to detail. Every room, including the large balconies, has ultra-fast optical fiber, also to promote smart working, and the air conditioning systems (hot/cold) are centralized with the possibility of regulating them independently, limiting consumption and costs based on your needs. There are also special UV filters to sanitize the air, killing viruses and bacteria, and a filtering system for Rome's hard water that reaches the taps decalcified and purified. The presence of the innovative cold water mineralization plant guarantees significant savings on consumption, also contributing to environmental sustainability with the elimination of plastic bottles. All enclosed in anti-seismic shells and classified in energy class A.
