Casal Bertone Residence, strategically located near the new Tiburtina Station, contains residential and commercial spaces that represent a new way of conceiving urban buildings. Designed in an innovative way and according to the most advanced standards, the complex was built according to the principles of building replacement.

From an old abandoned and occupied school building, in an area marked by a state of decay with the presence of asbestos, the operation of CAM Group has allowed the regeneration of the entire urban reference space. An action managed functionally also through a participatory design process that involved the citizens called into question to contribute to the definition of public interventions to be carried out at the expense of urbanization and those deriving from real estate valuation.

The complex, located in the urban area of Casal Bertone, has a commercial value of about 108 million euros and is distributed over 16,000 square meters of residential area, with 215 apartments, 3,200 square meters of commercial space, and 256 garages and parking spaces for 4,900 square meters. The apartments, of various sizes and with fine finishes, are equipped with large and bright verandas to welcome the light and state of the art facilities and high comfort to ensure full efficiency of the home.

The construction of Casal Bertone Residence is part of an overall land redevelopment operation carried out by the CAM Group, implementing the Program Agreement. In fact, the action involved several public works, including a local market in Via Morozzo della Rocca, a neighborhood building in the Ponte Mammolo area and the sale of twenty lodgings due to the housing emergency.
