A regenerated building to imagine a new idea of an office in a rapidly developing neighborhood
Offices in São Paulo is the headquarters of the CAM Group. Inaugurated in 2016, the modernist style complex was born from an operation to recover a abandoned structure. Located in an area of considerable value, Lungotevere di San Paolo, the work illustrates the spirit of a company that invests in the regeneration of urban spaces to tell a new way of conceiving buildings and shaping the urban fabric.
Regeneration as an entrepreneurial style
Built on the bank of the Tiber river, near Schuster Park, the building is the result of a previous volume used for industrial use and is spread over two floors that revolve around an open central courtyard. With a real estate value of 10 million euros, it covers about 1,500 square meters of extension between technical, administrative and commercial offices and with 2,600 square meters of parking area. From this building treasure come the ideas that are transforming entire areas of the Capital.
Tradition and innovation
The construction of Offices San Paolo has allowed redevelopment of an urban area in the stretch of Lungotevere San Paolo - from the name of the nearby Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls - which connects Via Ostiense to Piazza Tommaso Edison. An area protected by landscape constraints that has highlighted a model of constructive development that allows the perfect combination of the needs of innovation and respect for tradition.
