


The King of Rome Parking, located near the homonymous square, was built by CAM Group to alleviate the burden of vehicle traffic on the Capital and allow citizens and tourists to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Appio Latino district, on the border between the San Giovanni area and the beginning of the Tuscolano district.


The intervention was developed in full respect of the conservation of the existing greenery, also focusing on new flooring systems with a retraining in a functional way for the entire area, thanks also to the inclusion of new trees, green spaces, urban furniture. A regeneration operation that has reverberated on the district, enhancing the area and homes.

constructed with the use of modern techniques, parking has a pedestrian entrance with a staircase and a convenient elevator. There is 24-hour video surveillance and a 3G network to allow the use of smartphones inside the underground car park. CAM Group also deals with the management of two floors of rotating parking spaces through the use of automated systems that guarantee low management costs. A plan is also dedicated to boxes sold to private individuals, an investment that guarantees comfort and safety in the face of weather, attempts at theft and vandalism.




The 12 million euro project, carried out near Largo Vercelli, along an important road axis, covers 6,000 square meters and houses about 190 parking spaces and garages for three underground floors. The positioning of the car park responds to a widespread request in an area of the city particularly involved in vehicle flow and, therefore, appears to be strategic in relation to the ever-increasing need for parking and a better use and rationalization of roads.
