A cutting-edge structure that will make it possible to rationalize, through the best available technologies, the intense traffic in the area to improve the quality of life of residents and business initiatives.
On the side of citizens and businesses
The 456 parking space intervention will have a significant impact on all subjects who live and operate in zMarconi area, in the Portuense district. The distribution of the structure will reward the owners of apartments in the area who will have a third of the total number of stalls available for purchase. The rest of the parking spaces will be rotated, allowing business owners to sign an agreement with the company to obtain hourly permits to facilitate their customers and employees.
A design vision calibrated to the urban space
A project integrated with the city that extends over three underground floors, divided into two parallel structures connected by a passage that rises above one of the most important sewer collectors in the Capital. The garage will be built with innovative systems and will be equipped with 24-hour video surveillance, charging provision for electric cars, 4G network extension and pedestrian access with ladder and lift.
A participatory redevelopment
Parking Radio will increase the livability of the reference area. In the area above the car park, the entire surface will be redeveloped with a green layout and the creation of an urban space able to meet the needs of the inhabitants of the neighborhood. The project for the use of surface charges for the purpose of defining the regeneration action, which will be carried out by CAM Group, will be shared with residents through a shared procedure to consolidate the sense of participation.
